Role Overview
We are looking for a professional and insight-driven Media Intelligence & AI-Powered Analysis Lead to lead a small team of analysts in deriving strategic insights from large-scale media and social data using Locus Elite platforms and AI tools.
This is not a heavy coding or engineering role.
The focus is on:
- understanding narratives and public perception
- deriving insights from large-scale media data
- preparing executive summaries and analysis reports
- supporting strategic communications and decision-making
The ideal candidate should have strong interest or experience in communications, PR, journalism, media analysis, marketing, public affairs, government research, or geopolitical analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and guide analysts on insight generation and reporting
- Analyze news, social media, and narrative trends
- Use AI tools and Locus Elite platforms for research and analysis
- Prepare concise, professional reports for decision-makers
- Identify risks, emerging narratives, and strategic developments
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and quality
Training & Growth

Candidates do not need deep technical expertise, but should be comfortable learning modern AI-assisted analytical workflows.

Senior Software Engineer - Java / JavaScript
We are seeking a highly skilled Multi-Stack Developer with expertise in Java, Node.js, and AWS to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in full-stack development, with strong leadership skills to guide a team in delivering high-quality solutions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable applications while ensuring best practices in software engineering and cloud infrastructure.
The successful candidate will develop backend services that will power the company's responsive web and mobile applications. You will implement a range of programs that will be primarily deployed on the Amazon Web Services cloud platform using JAVA or JavaScript and distributed computing technologies. All our products are designed to take millions of requests per day.
You should be fully motivated to develop something that scales to millions and work in a like-minded team that is constantly thinking of how to implement the best and modern technology architecture to power the products.
You will be required to use several scalable and robust technologies like DynamoDB, RDS, message queues, PUSH messaging, asynchronous communications, web sockets to mention a few.
The company builds its own products and is a growing business that counts very high profile international clients from the public sector to the large corporations.
The candidate should be comfortable to work in an organization that doesn’t have hierarchies, standard operating procedures, and work in small teams.
Key Responsibilities
Development & Architecture:
- Design and develop high-performance, scalable applications using Java and Node.js.
- Architect and implement RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions.
- Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability following best practices.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Cloud & Infrastructure:
- Deploy, manage, and maintain applications on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, etc.).
- Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of cloud-based applications.
Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Plan and delegate tasks, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, QA, and DevOps.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and improve development workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in full-stack development using Java and Node.js.
- Strong expertise in Basic Java, Express.js and building scalable applications.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB, etc.).
- Proficiency in SQL & NoSQL databases (MySQL, DyanmoDB etc.).
- Experience with Git and cloud-based deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
- You should also have good verbal and written communication skills and be a team player with good brainstorming and conceptualization capabilities.
- You should be able to join us within 1 month from the date of receiving the offer letter.
Salary:
12 lakhs - 15 lakhs per annum (CTC) depending on the experience and performance during interview.
